Company structure
The company is currently managed by the directors with a brilliant team with vast experience in the industries. Together with a great team of dedicated employees they make this business a success in delivering services to its stakeholders. With time the management team for the company shall be made up of the chief executive officer, finance manager, administration manager, operations manager and the marketing manager. The management team shall constitute the executive committee that oversees the day-to-day running of the divisions in line with the established policies for the company. In line with the fast changing operating environment, the management shall adopt a transformational leadership style that incorporates intellectual stimulation, inspirational motivation, idealised influence and individual consideration as the guiding principles.
